Yoga Phoenix

The New Yoga Phoenix has emerged from a long-standing Kundalini Yoga based studio that existed since 1970 in Phoenix, Arizona. Cat Regan, also known as Kewal Kaur, received her Kundalini Yoga training in 2010 at Yoga Phoenix. During the pandemic, the studio was forced to close down and it was decided at that time to dissolve the 3HO Phoenix Foundation, doing business as Yoga Phoenix. Cat made the decision to purchase the rights to Yoga Phoenix, due to her love and passion for yoga and the yoga community. At this time there is not a physical studio to call home. However, Cat decided to launch the Virtual Studio to serve the community and offer classes and special events that feature many beloved teachers and presenters who share her passion for learning and growing.

Yoga Phoenix is a collaboration of these teachers and presenters who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and wisdom on a variety of subjects including yoga, meditation, personal growth, health, mindfulness, and self-empowerment.

Join us as we journey into this new era of enlightenment and like the Phoenix rising, we flow with intention into a higher version of who we are becoming.

Cat would like to acknowledge all the teachers and staff who served the students and yoga community who made Yoga Phoenix very special over the years.

Blessings and Namaste
