Yoga Phoenix
Yoga Phoenix has its roots in a long-standing Kundalini Yoga community that served Phoenix, Arizona, for more than 50 years. Beginning in 1970, generations of teachers, students, staff, and administrators came together in the spirit of yoga, meditation, personal growth, and community.
When the physical studio closed during the COVID-19 pandemic and the 3HO Phoenix Foundation was dissolved, a chapter came to an end—but the spirit of Yoga Phoenix was ready to take new form.
Today, under the stewardship of Cat Regan, Yoga Phoenix is rising into a new era. Cat’s vision is to create a welcoming, collaborative community of teachers and presenters who are passionate about sharing their knowledge, experience, and wisdom through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, health and well-being, personal growth, and tools for self-empowerment.
Our intention is to offer pathways that inspire greater self-awareness, connection, vitality, and conscious living—honoring the wisdom of the past while remaining open to new teachings, new possibilities, and new ways of growing together.
Like the Phoenix rising, we embrace transformation. We invite you to journey with us as we move with intention toward a fuller expression of who we are becoming, both individually and collectively.
Yoga Phoenix currently offers live online classes, workshops, and special events, making it possible to connect and practice together from wherever you are. Visit our Schedule and Upcoming Events pages to discover what is being offered and find something that speaks to you.
Honoring Our Roots
With gratitude, we acknowledge the many teachers, staff members, administrators, and students who contributed their time, energy, wisdom, and love to the Phoenix yoga community through the 3HO Foundation of Arizona for more than five decades.
Your service helped create the foundation upon which Yoga Phoenix continues to grow. Your teachings, inspiration, and dedication remain part of our history and in the hearts of the many lives you touched.
In Loving Memory of Sangeet Kaur Khalsa
We lovingly honor Sangeet Kaur Khalsa, a cherished teacher, mentor, and longtime member of the Yoga Phoenix community, who passed from this life in June 2026.
For many years, Sangeet played an instrumental role in the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training program at Yoga Phoenix, helping guide and inspire generations of teachers on their path. She shared her many gifts through Kundalini Yoga, sacred gong experiences, the Destiny Code, and more than 30 years of teaching and counseling through numerology.
Sangeet was also a beloved personal teacher and mentor to so many, and her wisdom, encouragement, and spiritual guidance became part of the foundation from which today’s Yoga Phoenix continues to grow.
We remember Sangeet with deep gratitude for the wisdom she shared, the teachers she helped nurture, and the many lives she touched. Her presence remains woven into the history and heart of Yoga Phoenix, and her light continues through all those who were blessed to learn from her.
With love, gratitude, and remembrance, we honor Sangeet and the legacy she leaves behind.
