Sat Nam! We are very excited for our annual Winter Yoga Festival that is happening this Saturday, December 3, 2016.
We will have a whole day full of activities that are good for the mind, body, and soul!
What to expect at the festival – Healing, learning, or just having fun!
Healing Fair (10:30am – 4:30pm)
The Healing fair is one of the important features of our festival. Each year we gather some of the best healers of various alternative healing modality under one roof, so that you can come get some TLC. This is a good opportunity to try out a new healing method or two. Some healing services you will get to explore are Reiki, Sat Nam Rasayan (a meditative healing practice), Crystal Light Bed Therapy, cranial sacral massage, and Soul Reading. Come treat yourself! You deserve it, and you will feel amazing! A small fee is required for each healing service. No online registration required. Just show up and pay at the door.
Love your pets and want to give them some special TLC as well? We also offer Pet Reiki throughout the day. You can also let your pets participate in the Pet Blessing ceremony, 9:30am – 12pm.
Master Teacher Workshops:
Yogic workshops is another important feature of our festival. Visitors will have this rare opportunity to learn special topics from our senior teachers. This year the workshops are:
Achieving & Succeeding in Tough Times with Sangeet Kaur, 12:45pm – 2:15pm ($15)
Video Lecture with Yogi Bhajan: Success and Prosperity, facilitated by Adi Singh, 3:30pm – 5pm ($15)
No registration required. Please come and pay at Yoga Phoenix.
Children are welcome to our festival. We have fun, engaging activities for them throughout the day, and it is all free!
While the children are having their fun, we invite the grown-ups to take part in our free community yoga classes. There will be two free classes, and the times are: 9am – 10:15am, and 3:30pm – 4:45pm.
Don’t feel like doing yoga? Why not take some time to visit our vendor booths. Browse through all kinds of fun and interesting items, such as high quality soy candles, Reiki charged stones, malas (prayer beads), African jewelry, yoga pants, mixed media art, and essential oils.
You are also welcome to hang out with us, listen to music, and just enjoy the vibration of love and peace!
