Class Pass Refund Policy
Class passes are non-refundable and and non-transferable. We do offer a temporary “freeze” on passes in the cases of illness, vacation, pregnancy leave, and family emergencies. If you need to temporarily freeze your pass, please speak to a receptionist or call 602.271.4480.

Workshop & Concert Refund Policy
All requests for refunds, due to non-attendance, must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the workshop. No refund will be given if without 48 hours notice.

Books, CDs, & Other Retail Refund Policy
Refunds will be given for items returned in original packaging and with receipt of purchase. If no receipt is available, a store credit will be issued. We are not able to give refunds for items that have been opened or used (unless that item is found to be defective).
